Here’s the Deal:
This position is for a product designer that has experience designing on various platforms. They will be designing interactions and features specifically for our Verb platform. Stuff To Do:
Interact with other product designers and other stake holders to quickly develop high level product sketches and wireframes.
Digest, translate, and refine UX based on usability testing and customer feedback.
Create low and high fidelity UI designs using a design system on various platforms such as iOS, Android, and the web.
Work with back/front end and mobile app developers to implement designs.
Iteratively improve the design and information architecture of interactive products.
Research the latest technologies and push the boundaries of what’s creatively possible in the material design world.
Continue to develop skills as a member of a strong product team.

BA/BS degree in Design, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction or equivalent degree preferred.
3 – 5 years desired of experience in product design preferred. Mid level to Sr. position. Not Jr.
Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail.
Experience with design tools such as Sketch and common software.
Understanding of user interface design principles for creating intuitive and engaging experiences.
Understanding of user-centered design, usability, and design principles.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Experience in development, operating systems and API knowledge a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
Must be adaptable, responsible, and dependable.
Open to feedback and exploration.
Thriving under pressure and deadlines while adhering to process.
Understanding of common software development practices.
Great team attitude and desire to work with multi-disciplinary team.

Note: We are ok with work from home in the current global circumstances but want someone at our office long term as things normalize again.
