Adtalem Global Education (NYSE: ATGE) is a global provider of educational services rich with opportunities for growth and offering competitive wages and benefits.  As part of our new Digital Center of Excellence, the Website & UX Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and analysis of digital strategies to grow all of Becker’s business verticals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day enhancements, optimizations and measurement for the website to improve user experience and increase profitability. You will work closely with business owners in marketing, as well as cross-functionally with the Becker Field, Customer Service, Course Development and International business teams.

Lead the management of the web and ecommerce platforms to build engagement with prospects, students and alumni to deliver against business objectives

Liaisons with freelance and agency resources that support application and development work for the website

Works collaboratively with marketing and other cross-functional partners, ensuring digital strategies are fully integrated

 Supports the eCommerce business platform including consulting on business and technical requirements as well as managing digital branding and user interface

Leads management of web enhancements and requests, making process improvements as needed
Builds short-term and longer-term web & UX strategy, develops and executes short and long-term web and mobile

Responsible for managing SEO on the website properties, including technical and tactical SEO implementations that align with the overall strategy to drive traffic goals and performance
Operates as a mobile subject matter expert within the Digital Center of Excellence and the broader organization; coaches and mentors colleagues in area of expertise

Manages the digital creative process working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (marketing, business, channel leads, partners) and both internal/external resources from requirements definition to final production

Manages the development and reporting of digital metrics, setting standards, utilizing ongoing dashboards to measure progress and maximize ROI

Creates efficient processes and demonstrates effective project management to drive execution of initiatives

Ensures all digital work is consistent with the established brand guidelines

Ensures best practices are followed in all areas of digital marketing
